2007 was a very busy and successful year for our Student Council and the school would like to thank our outgoing Student Councillors for their contributions. |

Elections were held in Term 4 2007 for our 2008 Student Council. Congratulations to:
Year 12 - Sarah Asher (Head Girl), Scott Fraser (Head Boy), Amber Fee, Simone Gates, Lauren Keith, Kyle Knights, Nicole Murray, Elisha Swain and Tayu Wilker.
Year 11 - Brodie Owen, Stuart Potter, Nicole Clayton, Chanei Blom.
Year 10 - Simon Ethridge, Kimberley Heberley
Year 9 - Ben Michell, Caniel Meaden
Elections will be held later this term for Year 8 Councillors.
Student Councillors have already had a very hectic schedule, organising events like Valentines Day, the Year 12 Common Room, Leaver's Jumpers and of course the Year 11 and 12 School Ball which is being held at the stylish Hyatt Regency Hotel of Saturday 29 March and promises to be one of the best school balls to date.

On the 14th February, Valentines Day was celebrated at Ocean Reef Senior High School. Student Councillors arranged for roses to be sold to students and handed out on the day with a personal message from the sender. Traditionally a very popular event in the school, this year over 350 roses were sold.
