Ocean Reef Senior High School has been announced as the winner of the Excellence in Teaching and Learning – Secondary category at the 2025 WA Education Awards held on Monday, 17 November 2025.
The Department of Education recognised that “a strong culture of collaboration and professional growth drives teaching excellence at Ocean Reef, supported by its innovative programs and distributed leadership approach.” Also highlighted was our commitment to inclusive, high-quality education and the impact this has on helping every student thrive.
This award reflects the outstanding work across our school. We are incredibly proud of the leadership and dedication that underpin our teaching and learning model. A special thank you goes to our Whole School Pedagogy Committee, our Teaching and Learning Leads, our Learning Environment Leads, and our exceptional teachers, whose vision, expertise and daily commitment drive our whole-school approach to excellence. We are honoured to see the hard work and innovation occurring across Ocean Reef Senior High School celebrated through these Awards.
